Eric Carle:
Eric Carle was born in Syracuse, New York, in 1929, He moved with his parents to Germany when he was six years old; he was educated there, and graduated from the prestigious art school. His dream was always to return to America, the land of his happiest childhood memories. So, in 1952, with a fine portfolio in hand and forty dollars in his pocket, he arrived in New York. Soon he found a job as a graphic designer in the promotion department of The New York Times. Later, he was the art director of an advertising agency for many years.. Over the years, he began to write many well known books, with beautiful illustrations. Some of my all time favorite books of his include

Dr. Seuss is a very well known children's author, and one of my favorite authors.. The thing I loved most about his books are that they rhyme and are very humorous. His real name is
Theodor Seuss Geisel. He was born in 1904 and died in 1991. He has written over 46 children's books, and all of them are very popular today. He introduced the Cat in the Hat, and he has become a legend in children's literature. Some of my favorite books of his are
