(P) A Very Improbable Story: A Math Adventure By Edward Einhorn
On the morning before his last soccer match, Ethan woke up with a cat on his head, which isn’t unusual because his cat Snowy sleeps there sometimes. The cat on Ethan’s head was not Snowy though, it was a talking cat named Odds. Odds tells him that he will get off his head if he wins a game.. The games are all probability and odds games. After a few games, Ethan wins and Odds gets off of his head. Ethan then realizes that all of these games can be used to help him become better at soccer. This is a very good book for introducing probability and odds, as well as showing its importance in real life situations.

(P) Chicka Chicka 1 2 3 By Bill Martin Jr., Michael Sampson, and Lois Ehlert
The book starts out with counting to 20 from 0. From the front page, I found that this is a counting book. All of the numbers go up the number tree, except for 0. When the bumblebees come along, all the numbers fell out of the tree. 0 comes to the rescue and joins 10 on the top of the tree to make 100. This book is a really good counting book for children. It can counting from 0-20 and then counts by 10s to make it to 100. The book rhymes as well, which is very good for keeping the child's attention
